Returns & Refund Policy

14 Day Cooling-Off Period

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your ordered goods must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with any tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of shipping will be covered by you and the goods will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you ask us to collect the goods, this will be charged at a cost of £12.95+VAT. You are welcome to return the goods yourself.

30 Day Returns

Propus Packaging operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your goods to notify us of any order issues or faulty or damaged goods in order to request a return or replacement.
Custom or branded products cannot be returned without prior consent.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@propus-packaging.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be approved.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Alternatively, we may arrange collection ourselves at a convenient time for both parties.

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

Custom or branded products cannot be returned without prior consent. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less any restocking fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
