The Custom Process
Discussion & Quotation
Firstly lets discuss your requirements for your custom items. Order quantity, target price, carton size, etc. We can then raise a formal quotation for your consideration.
Quantities, Prices & Terms Agreed
Your happy with the quote, so we can raise the order now with all prices & terms agreed. Pre-production samples will be supplied after order agreement is in place.
Sample Approval & Deposit Payment
Samples of your custom items will be supplied for you to try and test. Any amendments can be made at the stage until you have approved the samples. At this stage we will ask for a deposit for the order.
Production & Quality Check
Production of your order will take place and will be packed and ready for despatch. Our quality checks will take place to make sure your items meet our high standards. Post-production samples can be supplied if required.
Shipping & Delivery
Once quality checks are confirmed, your order will be loaded and shipped to your premises or our warehouse, ready for distribution. You will be kept fully informed along the way. The balance of payment will also fall due at this stage.
